I'm Workin' It!!
I had a big breakthrough today, I went out to the store with a sleeveless shirt, something I haven't done in a very long time. My arms are a part of me that I really hate, they're very large and I'm self-conscious about them. This morning, I was feeling jaunty and decided that I don't care what anyone thinks about what my arms look like, I was comfortable in the shirt I was wearing and I was going to keep wearing it. That was a big step for me fat acceptance wise. Wearing shorts is not a big deal for me, I go out all the time wearing them, but then again, I love my calves, they're strong, keep me walking and look good.
Getting over what other people think about me and my fatness is hard, but I'm making strides every day. If a shirt looks a bit clingier than I'm used to, I say, fuck it, it's not like people don't know I'm fat!
I hope you have a good self-loving day, love yourself, your body and those around you, those are the most important things in this life.

Feeling Fine!
I'm doing pretty well, I think this walking is really helping. My eating is still crazy, but I'm walking, so hopefully the universe will balance itself out. I'm not planning on doing anything special for Memorial Day, maybe walk down to Main Street and check out the parade, I like parades.
I'm looking forward to the farmer's market we have in our town. I live so close to it, it's less than 2 blocks away, you can't beat that!!! I'm dying for some fresh green beans, watermelon, mushrooms, and anything else I can get my hands on. Last summer I was still recovering from pneumonia, so I wasn't really up for much walking at all, so this year is going to be different.
